HR SOS Help
We recognise that many clients often need to obtain a quick overview of their workplace problem or indeed a policy and procedures Health Check and to then obtain reliable low cost and fixed fee information before deciding what to do next. For this purpose, we have established our HR SOS Help service.
The basic cost for HR SOS Help is €125 + VAT per hour engaged, or part hours calculated pro rata. €125.00 plus VAT is payable at the time you send this form and all relevant papers back to us; any balance will payable by you after we indicate we are in a position to advise from the papers / instructions received. We will not incur time costs of more than €250.00 + VAT without firstly obtaining your express written permission to do so.
If you would like one of our HR consultants to call and carry out a Health Check on your workplace and provide an assessment against current workplace regulations. The basic cost for this service is €250 + VAT for a half day or €425 + VAT for a full day. Please contact us to request further details.
Please contact us at info@hr-sos.ie or CLICK HERE and we will send you our HR SOS Help - Claim Form and Retainer . The form asks you to submit details of your claim, grievance, or other workplace issue and to send copies of any documents we will need to consider
When we receive the documents, we will examine the content and if necessary call you to discuss the matter in more detail. Hopefully we can give you the information you need and / or be able to propose a solution, there and then. In any event we aim to respond to all completed claim forms / papers received within 3 working days at the latest.
